Your complete satisfaction, or...If despite our best efforts, you're still not satisfied with our work we'll simply refund your project 100%.

The keyword here is “our work”.
The SAECULII GUARANTEE will be INVALIDATED when:
- Information critical to the successful completion of a project is not provided or is not provided in a timely manner.
- Project instructions, intended to ensure a successful completion of the project, provided by the SAECULII representative are not followed.
- The project is signed off on without following instructions to verify the final product.
Refunds:
- Will be processed within 24 hours upon receipt of such request delivered via email.
- Subject to transaction fees charged by third parties, such as banks, etc., are not the responsibility of SAECULII Y.K.
- Will be assessed for project related payments, such as postal fees, already made to third parties, at the time the refund is requested.
